Chuck it all in soup

This is called the Chuck it all in soup.

Add 1/2 cup Chinese rice wine and 1-2 tablespoons tamari or soy depending on how salty you like it, add your water and just let it simmer away.

Those little black beans are salted black beans. You buy them in Asian stores and they are wonderful and a bit addictive. They are best known for their role in beef and black bean sauce. So damn delicious. I use lots of black foods in winter to help support my kidneys. Taste for saltiness before seasoning with tamari.

Let me know what you think.

Oh just in case it’s not obvious chop everything before chucking it in. Finish with a few drops of sesame oil and sprinkle with crushed white pepper.
