It has been a pretty big month of organising for me as I pull everything together for my Women’s Health conference in Bangalow on October 10, 2015. I am really excited to announce the line up of speakers for the day and so happy that there will also be in time in between speakers and a long lunch bread for women to get to chat with each other and enjoy some down time.
I have decided to cook some delicious cakes and healthy treats to sell at morning and afternoon tea because there is nothing like a homemade sweet and I am going to select some of my favourite recipes from my book and have a big bake up for the event.
Below is a little bit of info about each one of the amazing speakers. What an honour it will be to have so many amazing women in one room on one day. I always get such a buzz after hearing inspiring women speak and it is just a lovely reminder about how important it is for me to continue to share the message of health with anyone who is interested in learning.
